A 24-hour gym located 30 seconds on foot from Oji Kamiya Station I think the level of equipment such as machines is about the same as a general gym. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are used for bench press on the way home from work, and Saturdays and Sundays for running on running machines. People using this gym have a very good people, and I have never seen anyone doing muscle training while making noise. People who are near the station are also great, but the gym is not so large, so there is no place to wait for the people who use it first.
