I used it for the first time to send luggage.

The courier is kind, though.
I am going home at 20:00, so if I specify 19:00 to 21:00, I can't listen even if I call at 19:05, come back at 19:05, and come at 20:00, even if I ask for re-allocation. It's several times better because the post office comes at 20:00.
