I love bakeries, and my hobby is visiting bakeries in Ueda. I go to various bakeries in the mood of the day, but when I eat a bite of wheat lol's bread, I notice that the dough and ingredients are different from other bakeries. For example, bread with a very strong seasoning taste (ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.) is often sold. First of all, Mugi no Sho can feel the taste of the ingredients. And even if various ingredients are contained in one bread, the goodness of each ingredient is maximized and fused to the best taste without disturbing the harmony of the bread. Even though the dough alone is very delicious, you can feel that you are particular about the ingredients. I'm not good at raisins and cinnamon, and I can hardly eat commercial products. However, Mugi no Sho's apple cinnamon roll, which contains raisins and cinnamon, is really delicious. I was impressed that raisins and cinnamon were originally so delicious. I think it's the most delicious bakery in Ueda. I hope this wonderful shop will continue forever.

Delicious bread where you can feel the taste of wheat. There are various types. Uses homemade yeast. Earlier, when I heard about yeast, the shopkeeper was hot and told me various yeast bottles. I think you are very particular. Today I bought my favorite honey nuts, cranberry cream cheese and apple cinnamon roll. I also want to buy fluffy square bread, but I'm sorry that I couldn't meet the baked bread. They seem to sell right away. There is a little corner of the cafe, so you can have it on the spot so it is good for a break.
