When I was taken care of before, the staff who helped me was amazing. But this was the worst response. (Staff are different) I want the funeral to be the same as last time. I said, "I have the previous material, so it's okay." However, the way the funeral proceeded was completely different. "We will have a proper meeting and proceed." What a word! I was planning to have a meeting before the farewell ceremony, but "Because the monk arrived early, let's start." I couldn't make it in time for the ceremony, and I forgot the words sent by my grandson. This concludes the farewell ceremony. I was stunned by the words of the host. After the farewell ceremony, the set meal was offered in 10 minutes. Moreover, the moderator did not convey the words sent by his grandson. There was an apology from the person in charge, but as the days went by, I became more and more angry. Moreover, there is no apology from the boss in charge. It's the last ceremony in my life, but it's a work for me, but it's an important farewell to my family.
