The location is good in front of Matsushima Kaigan Station, and even though various people and institutions have been considering various things, it is a facility that makes me wonder why the result is this. I could have imagined it just by looking at the homepage, but I went to the beginning of autumn because my family wanted to go, but as I imagined. I went there on November 6th. Although it was a weekday, it was quite crowded. There is an admission fee of 600 yen to go to the archives and the corridor on the 2nd floor, but the others are free, there are Starbucks and restaurants, and there are various shops where you can enjoy shopping. Grilled oysters and seafood are quite expensive, so it's cheaper to eat elsewhere. It is right in front of Matsushima Kaigan Station on the Senseki Line, so we recommend going by train.

I don't know where to look around. The entrance is in the middle of the building, so it's hard to turn around. The first floor is surrounded by white sheets so as not to enter the paid garden, is it under construction? !! I thought, but it seems that it is just to prevent entering paid facilities. I personally thought that it would be nice to draw a sheet that appeals to Matsushima with a little more ingenuity. Is the paid part a spire on the 3rd floor in the center of the building? And garden, pool. The place to eat is not a paid area. There are shops where you can bake and eat seafood yourself (there are no set items, all are single items), seafood bowls, and tendon bowls. Also, there is Starbucks. Locals think that I should go once. It seemed to be for tourists.

Admission is 600 yen as it is not the autumn leaves season yet It shouldn't be compared to the light-up of Yen ○ -in ... Probably because it was before the season, there were only a few pairs. There are rest spots (chairs) here and there. It's enough to stay for 20 minutes. If it was 1000 yen, it would have been a little expensive ... The facility itself was new, modern and clean. The highlight is the Matsushima Rikyu reflected in the water.

This facility opened in October 2020 next to Matsushima Kaigan Station. Inside the facility, there are shops selling Miyagi prefecture's specialty products and shops where you can eat Starbucks and Matsushima specialty oysters. It seems that the main garden is for a fee, but I'm not sure what the facility is for. I think that if you do better branding, it will definitely become popular. The explanation of the facility is also insufficient.
