There is a hand-rubbing alcohol on the entrance quietly, but I thought that the height that even a child can reach is just as expected.

I walked from Yao station. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes. As there was a bus to Kawasaki from the front of the facility, people without a car think that bus use is convenient.
