I live in Hitachinaka City, but when I went to the nearby gym for a tour and hands-on practice, I was kind enough to respond so I decided to go. I was nervous the first time I went to school, but my teacher will say hello and say what I can't understand, so I think I'll get used to it soon. I go to the general course at a weekly pace, but there are no friendly and scared people so it is comfortable.
I started this year, but I can enjoy practicing very much even if I have never exercised before.
The trainer was kind and the facilities were beautiful, and it was different from the image of a martial arts gym I had in the past in a good way.
I want to do my best in the future!
The female course is also able to change the participation day and time on a monthly basis, so I think that it is better to keep it in line with your schedule. When I first went to a trial lesson I felt a little nervous, but both the trainer and the same female member felt that they had a homely atmosphere and easy access. I think that the trainer will do the advice that was suitable for that person.
There are so many women's courses that you can choose the day that suits you. It is fun because you can do yoga during the day.
