HAREPAN repeats many times. It's sweet, fluffy and really delicious. Stable taste. I'm still happy to be able to buy it without making a reservation.
I bought a rusk together today, but it was a mixture of crispy and moist. Personally, I think it was good that everything was crispy. (It feels moist due to the effect of absorbing moisture 😅)
I made a reservation on the web on Saturday. It was soft and sweet, and I ate about a quarter of it alone. The second day was soft and the third day was also soft. Keep the rest frozen and enjoy toast on holidays. Among the high-class bread, this is the first place for both couples.
It costs about 800 yen each, but I like the mild sweetness and fluffiness, so I always buy two. The ears are delicious.
Shelf life is about 4 days. The first day is fluffy, but the next day it will be a little calmer and easier to cut. Even after 2 to 4 days, the taste does not almost deteriorate.
I ate bread from various bakeries in the neighborhood, but I like this one the most.
It is soft and slightly sweet, and can be eaten as it is without butter or margarine. My wife says it's better not to be sweet, so I think some people may like it, but I love it.
Even if you don't put anything on it, it's delicious bread to your ears. As soon as I buy it, I cut it and store it frozen one by one.
