It is a small hill park near the border between Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. It's hard to tell where it is because the bottom is under construction, but since there was a signboard, I parked in the gravel below. If you climb a little on the stairs, there is a arbor with a good view, and you can see the sea.

A park on a small hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Be careful as cranes and tetrapots are nearby. The largest sightseeing spot in Isozakiyama Park is the stone that Masamune Date sat down. Please see with a wide heart when you go.
