As of October 2019, the plaza part cannot be used during construction. However, playground equipment can be used. Playground equipment is not so big, but it is safe for preschoolers. A place like a rocky place near playground equipment is also fun, and it seems that children can play and climb on and off the rocks. It is the place where the Dragon Quest Walk mega monsters appear. This seems to be good and bad, but I feel like it's good for safety in the sense that there are not many people.
