いつも思うけど「役所の役割をキチンと見直し」したほうがいい。 いまどき「住所」「氏名」を何度も手書きさせて、挙げ句に整理番号を取ってさんざん待たせることを当たり前に思っているのが正しいとするならば、それに関わるすべての職員を今すぐ退職させるべきだ。公務員はすべてと言わないが民間企業が既に考えているリストラを今すぐ実行せよ。 スマホをドコモ等で契約する時などに予めパソコンで予約しておき住所も名前も書く必要はない。買い替えの手続きさえもうクリック一つで済むので窓口に行くことさえない。 役所でマイナンバーを作っても、未だに手書き作業が減らないのはリストラされることを承知している労働組合が強いからだろう。
