☆ As it is called 3.5, you can see the surroundings well far away. It is a well-maintained, general mountain park with toilets 🚻 and parking lot (about 10 cars), and it is beautiful. However, the wind is strong as there are many wind power generators around. Also, be aware that the road to the park is narrow and there are many places where you cannot pass each other. I think it's perfect for spending a relaxing time alone.

The view was good. It's not a place to stay long without anything. There is a parking lot and a toilet. There are some areas where the road is narrow and cannot be separated. There is no choice but to back up to the point where it becomes a little wider and give way. It is not recommended for people who are not confident in driving or who drive large cars.

Certainly the view is good. There is only a lookout place. There were parking lot and restroom, too and was cleaned well. The problem was that the road to the parking lot was a narrow road that climbed the mountain, so it was an uneasy place. It was saved that there was a road guide display at the point where it was necessary (the cars were not coming together, and this time it was light, so I managed to go).
