You can give detailed guidance on body makeup, not just losing weight! As for dietary guidance, I was able to thoroughly input my knowledge of healthy eating rather than dietary restrictions, so I think I can assemble it myself even after the gym is over! Every time you train, you can assemble it with a menu that suits you, so that the training that was difficult at first seems to be fun! Body makeup is fun! It is a gym that changed my mind! Recommended for those who really want to make up their body!

I'm a beginner in training, but all the trainers teach me kindly and politely, so it's fun to go every time and I can continue training! In addition, I will be friendly every day and will give guidance and consultation on meals, so I think I will do my best! I haven't been on a diet until now, but I'll do my best! I chose Bodyke Machida because I can do body makeup while eating carbohydrates and it is easy to go from home. The facilities of the shop are clean and the staff are polite, so even beginners who have no gym experience can go there with confidence.
