I recently joined. It's cheap, the location is good, and it's convenient, but it's a little inconvenient because there is no water fountain or vending machine in the gym and you have to contract hydrogen water or bring it from home. Since hydrogen water is only cold water, my stomach gets cold. Both the studio and the changing room are shoes 🆗. Is it good or bad? I don't feel like stretching because the floor is messy.

The interior is beautiful because it is new, but the machine is not particularly new and there are not many. Waiting often occurs even when there are not many people. There is a feeling that I made the locker room and the shower for the time being... It's cheap, so I think it's a good facility if you don't ask the shop side for much. It's just a light gym. It's easy to use from the point of view of myself going quickly and returning. I sometimes line up with machines, but it's a little negative point that there is no space to wait at that time.
