Professional, excellent service every time! This is a nice quiet atmosphere and they provide the best customer service. Message them through FB messenger for appts and questions in English. ☺️ The waxing and laser hair removal services are better than I’ve had in the states, and much more affordable! 10/10 highly recommend for hair removal🐒 !!

It was very cozy, they offered me tea while waiting for my appointment time. I recommend this place if your getting your eyelash extend. It was a long process but it was very good! It is very close to everything, too so it was very convenient.

The staff is exceptionally sweet and accommodating. However, after getting my nails done, which were gel nails, within a few hours, one of my nail popped off. I went the next day to have it repaired. The staff was very sweet and repaired it free. However, within the next 4 days, 2 more nails either cracked or popped off. I understand that you have to be careful with nails and not be rough, but usually when I get a good nail job, my nails don't crack or pop off unless I am being extra rough and tough on my nails or if I go longer than 2 weeks to get a fill in. I did not go back to get them repaired because I decided to find another place to get my nails done. They are expensive, especially for the quality of work done on my nails, but I am learning that Misawa is overly priced anyway when it comes to lashes and nails. However, if I am going to pay overprices prices, I expect the nails to at least stay on my fingers for at least 2 weeks. The ladies were nice, but the quality of the nail services needs improvements. I heard from other co-workers to only go to Graycia for massages because they do excellent massages. However, I would be skeptical to receive any more services from this salon from what I just experienced with my nails.

Great service, their english is very good. Always have specials for their Laser treatments which makes them more affordable.
