Nestled within the heart of the downtown area, proudly standing as a symbol of order and leadership, the crown jewel of the marvelous city of Misawa, Misawa City Office tirelessly works to keep the town running. Staffed with the finest workers, carefully handpicked from the applicant pool, Misawa City Office sets the standard for municipal governments throughout the cosmos. Recently, the venerable Gandalf the White, was dispatched to Misawa by the Valar in order to inspect local operations. On arriving after his long journey from the Undying Lands, he was 0.00046 nanoseconds late. He began to explain that he arrived precisely when he meant to, but even Wizards forget to account for local customs from time to time, and was promptly chastised for not arriving a fortnight early. Such, are the high standards of Misawa City Office. One can expect nothing short of the promptest, most efficient responses to one's concerns and requests. Even the Istari can't keep up.
