When I visited, I was sick. The road to the parking lot is a little confusing. 😅 I was able to reach the end where I was a little lost. The uphill is narrow and winding, so for oncoming vehicles Caution is required. I think it is in good condition. On this day, the wind was strong and many dead leaves had fallen. The promenade was slippery probably after it rained.

It is the place where there was Shibata Daiba of Tsugaru-en. In the Taisho era, the name "Kansuzan" was given to him from Kushigunomiya, and it is in Kanjyoyama Park. You can overlook Mutsu Bay under your eyes. It is not famous as a tourist destination, but it is recommended. There is free parking.

A must-see place for Osamu Dazai fans. There is a Dazai Osamu Literary Monument written by Haruo Sato that he loved to please others more than anything, but it was said that it was made of a stone on which Dazai sat.
