It's a gym where older people, office workers, and office ladies sometimes go after work.
It is near the station in the direction of the south exit.
The building is relatively old, and the room is not bright as a whole. However, it is wide sideways. (Is it a school or a children's facility in the past?)
There are two studios, one is a large room that can accommodate 20 and 30 people, and the other is a room that is tight for 20 people.
Every program seems to be popular. (You can't make a reservation for the studio program at the last minute ...)
I have participated in a studio program, but the image is that many instructors are attractive.
There are about 1 or 2 lockers open for social distance, but there are few lockers to choose from.
However, there is a frame that considers the pacemaker, so I wonder if the consideration is proper.
The most disappointing thing is
There is a sauna in the women's bathroom, but there is no water bath. There is only a shower.
