Gold's Gym Hachiōji Tokyo

Been a member here for about 4 years. Get treated like a piece of gum on the bottom of a homeless person's shoe. It's a great gym but such a shame about the soulless staff there. A little "thanks" or "welcome" after scanning my card could go a long way. Ask for a "spot" on the bench and it's a though we just asked them for a heart transplant. It's Golds for Christ sake, stop giving the Mecca of all gyms a bad name.

Good

Even though the facility is good, the staff at the front desk, especially the female staff, is unfriendly and unnecessarily motivated. It's meaningless to be able to say hello because it's a job that anyone can do. In this era of automation, the front staff will disappear more and more, so I hope that day will come soon.

Many training machines are fine. It is good to be near the station.

Anyway the number of machines is amazing. It seems spectacular that around 10 pull lines of rats line up. I will use it again when I go to Hachioji.
