Excellent pool area.
華々しくオープンした当時は、フロントスタッフの対応、行き届いた清掃で清潔な館内、優秀なコーチ達。素晴らしいスポーツクラブだったのに、年月と共に質が下がってしまった。若い従業員スタッフはバイト？きちんと挨拶できない子が多いです。その従業員達がイヤイヤ感満載で掃除をしているので、ロッカールームは不衛生。快適な環境では無くなってしまったので、退会しました。
It is good that the facilities are fully equipped. However, it is too far from the station. Besides, it's hard to believe that there is no free parking. I think it is necessary to make drastic reforms that consider customer satisfaction, including location relocation. Also, during the studio lesson, I felt very uncomfortable with second-hand smoke from a nearby smoker. We would be grateful if you could take thorough measures to prevent unwanted second-hand smoke.
Children are taken care of in the swimming and karate classes. The parking lot is full because many parents attend the kids swimming class on Saturday afternoon. Recently, the level division of swimming classes has become finer, and it has become impossible to advance to the middle level. This is because the badge test is every two months. I think that routine work is normal, but if you inquire about something, the side contact may be bad and you may be in trouble. I think the measures against corona are solid.
