Otaguro Park

A tiny and tranquil park, it has a really fascinating atmosphere and you can sense it the moment you step into the park. It also has a small exhibition area featuring the historic Japanese musician Otaguro.

Doesn't feel like you're in Tokyo it's beautiful

This is a small Japanese garden style. The entrance fee is 300¥. I come at 5PM to see the light-up. It took about 20 minutes there.

Small, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of benches to sit around. Only the sound of nature. Educational park as there are small signs printed with the names of the plants and a QR code next to it. You can use your phones to scan and find out more details about the plants which I find quite interesting. Also, there’s a board showing what kind of birds that you can spot in the park. Very thoughtful.

Great place to stroll around and eat bento. It is a peaceful park where you can find Otaguro, the musician's house inside. It is said that he was the one who introduced Debussy to Japan. We went inside his house for a look and saw his piano and living room.
