Lowest! ! ! ! The wedding anniversary arrangement, which was supposed to be delivered in advance on a designated date, was not delivered! ! ! I can't imagine! ! ! ! ! I have been sending every year for almost 20 years! Outside of business hours, the phone is not connected. I wouldn't be sorry to have had it in another store. Never again! ! ! !
