I lost my handphone last night in a bus operated under nishintestu, it was the last trip of the day and the driver manage to locate my phone report to the office at the middle of the night! I believe this could only happens in Japan, no other place on earth i will beable to find my phone back, at least in such a short period and at over 11pm on a sunday night. Special thanks to the honesty of the driver, unfortunately i didnt get his name, he was riding bus #17 dwparted from Hakata Station at 1030pm on 14 April 2019. Thanks to Mr. Ima who help me on the professional translation. Thanks for a kind and helpful Japanese Girl. Last but not the least is the police officers in ropponmatsu station for your patience and the essential support for a tourist like me. Thanks to Ms. Burakami who help me to call the driver and coordinate the lost and found. Nihon go ichi ban. Thank you very much

I felt high pressure and unkindness. Because I heard that I answered it, I would like to cover it immediately and say what I want to say, and I will not listen to the story, so I will repeat the same explanation over and over again. It seemed like a fool and it was very unpleasant. I need some kind of sturdiness at work, but I think there may be other ways to respond to the other person who has visited for consultation without knowing what to do with it.

I think that it is better to go to another police box because it is intimidating rather than overall kind. I will not count on Ropponmatsu police box for a lifetime. For those who want to know specific situation / correspondence ↓ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Consultation content: bicycle theft (We have already contacted the bicycle park management company and have been advised to deliver to the police because there is no possibility of removal.) ① Citizens do not know what kind of documents the police manage. I did not know what I could describe "something to apply" and asked "This application ...?" What kind of person is this guy saying ... Looking like a ... I was asked "Damage is reported?" . → I do not know what other methods of application are available, and which documents are appropriate, so I am in trouble even if asked like that. Imagine that you may not say "damage report" = maybe you do not know. ② Because three people responded, there was sense of intimidation. I was alone, so it was nice to be alone by whom I corresponded. Also, even when I asked Mr. A who was the easiest to talk among the three people, there was a few times that another Mr. C answered the most. → I read the air and wanted Mr. C to be retracted. was scary. ③ I do not know about internal circumstances. I can not take an attitude to explain things to strangers. In the end, I was given a paper on which the inquiries were written, "Please contact the withdrawer first." However, since I was locking my bicycle parking lot, I do not know well the circumstances that may have been removed, "It is impossible to rely on us because the removal date and time we are listening is sometimes shifted from the actual situation," I was told. → Since I do not know such internal circumstances, I thought that I should carefully explain that there is such a thing. Anyway, since the correspondence is bad overall, I strongly recommend using another police box.
