The service is great. Do n’t worry about communication problems. When returning the car, see the entrance button to pick up the ticket card (the ticket card can be sent to the service staff). Drive to 5A and stop at the parking box marked OTS. Wait for the OTS service staff. Forgotten things, the service staff will take down the ETC, and take the garbage out of the car. After the service staff confirms it, go downstairs to the OTS store and hand in the information. (If you want to pick up or drop off your hotel in Naha, you must inform the service staff before picking up the car. You can pick up and drop off your car free of charge before 17:00)
