All food and drinks prepared by this restaurant cannot be brought into a completely private room with a key. It seems that you can bring in items you bought elsewhere. There may be changes, so I think it's better to check each one.

ちょっとした時間にダラダラするのに良い。わりと新しい漫画や新聞、週刊誌もあるので、近所の高齢者の人も利用している感じが、都心部のまんが喫茶と違い敷居が低くて入りやすい。

Necafe is located along National Route 254, but I think the quality and cleanliness of the facilities are quite high. There is a private room with a key that allows you to sleep normally, and there is also a laundry and shower. In particular, the shower can be used at no additional charge, and you can use as many hand towels and bath towels as you like at no charge. Regrettably, all-you-can-drink soft drinks, miso soup, and soft serve ice cream that you can get at the drink bar inside the store are prohibited from being brought into the private room on the second floor. Even if you get your favorite drink, you have to drink it at the restaurant on the first floor and then return to your seat. It means that you can bring in drinks and bento boxes purchased at convenience stores outside the store. Saitama Prefecture Ordinance? It seems that it is banned by (the Food Sanitation Law Ordinance?), but I think it can not be helped. You can do it normally at the cheerful CLUB Ikebukuro store in Tokyo, so it may be the same everywhere in Saitama prefecture.

It's a completely soundproof private room, suitable for work or accommodation. It is bad to use it as an internet cafe. It's painful that you can't eat and drink in the store in a private room.
