Basically, there is a astronomical observation party (free of charge) every Saturday, and you can see the stars etc. with a large telescope. When it became cloudy and I couldn't watch it, the staff members took a picture of the photos and videos taken and recorded it on a large monitor and explained it carefully! I was impressed when I saw Saturn's ring for the first time. The children were happy, so I think you can try it once.

Various events are held at the facility. Where there is a planetarium, there is also an observation room. The starry sky is beautiful, so the weekend astronomical observation tour is spectacular. However, as I go up the stairs on the mountain path before I get there, walking at night when there is little light can be a bit exciting in many ways. The facility is open unless there is a big event, so you can watch it slowly.

Naturally, the place is in the mountains, but we regularly hold star events and observation sessions. Hokuriku's largest 80cm aperture telescope and planetarium facilities are available, and staff are friendly. Listening to the explanations of the stars increases your intellectual desire to learn more. Because there are many events on the night of a holiday, the staff falls head. I'm looking forward to it, so please do your best! Everyone in Fukui Prefecture may go away from their daily life and immerse themselves in the starry sky. The night sky around a sunny day is breathtaking beauty even for me as a redneck.
