They have membership plans starting from 4,400 JPY to 6,500 JPY depending on the hours you want to use. My biggest issue with the gym is the limited amount of free weights and even machines, although the biggest benefit here is that it isn't very crowded typically. The space itself is better than AnyTime Fitness but the dumbbells max out at 22 KG. There are no trainers as such, the staff usually isn't very active inside the gym, but I don't mind and the facilities are very clean. Although it's close to the station, I think Anytime Fitness is better value for money considering you can go to multiple branches. I would recommend this gym if you don't travel much, aren't looking for intensive weight training, and want a lot of privacy. But generally I would advise checking out another place instead.

会費は6500円程度で他に比べたら確かに安いが、このクオリティでこの値段は逆に高い。他の人も言ってるように、ここ行くぐらいなら少し高いお金払って別のところ行った方がいい。まずwifiがないし、有酸素マシンにはテレビとか付いていないので長い間有酸素をやってると退屈してしまう。マシンも非常に少ない。フリーウェイトは狭い上にダンベルが22kgまでしかなく、ベンチもラックとスミスにしかないので、埋まってるとベンチを使ったトレーニングができない。シャワールームも一つしかないしドライヤーすら置いていない。今時会費がここより少し高くても、ここよりめちゃくちゃクオリティが高いところもある。

・ I don't understand what it means to have a shower but no hairdryer. ・ Wi-fi is not flying at this time. ・ The customer base is the worst. There are usually uncles who use leather shoes and flaps and running machines. ・ Do not place a wipe sheet to wipe away sweat. Only cloth. It's just a little cheaper than others. For the same Koenji, I thought that it would be better to spend a few thousand yen for anytime fitness at the south exit.

Cheap is good. However, there are some foreigners whose behavior is not good. A caucasian man with blue eyes, a bald head, and a fat man gazes at me. Disgusting.
