There were two young female employees (new employees?) And veteran male employees (40-50s) at the store. When I told them the type of car I wanted to rent and the date and asked for the price, they were listening to me side by side, but when I finished the question, a male employee standing next to me with the same question. In response to this, the male employee answered the female employee, and the female employee answered me the answer, four times asking the same flow four times. The male and female employees stood side by side at such a distance that they would stick together, and I was standing 50 cm across the counter.
Please do the training only by employees when there are no customers. Or was it some kind of play? ??
Regarding the important charges, compared to the surrounding car rental companies, the price to rent a car and the gasoline to return are high, and the services and campaigns are shabby (almost none), so I recommend others.
A rental car shop in front of the station. Convenient.
