Shinobi No Sato Ninja Village

Stunning view on mount Fuji! Great food and lovely Japanese garden.

This place provide a dramatic view of mount fuji on a clear day. Food here is mediocre and the attractions are really for kids. Usually this place is visited as part of a tour to mount fuji. Not that much time given for you to explore the place. I was disappointed because I was expecting some ninja show..

Accessible by bus (but not very frequent) we went there on rainy & cold days so the outdoor activities are closed. Only able to watch the ninja show and went inside the ninja house. But the kid enjoyed it.

Beautiful beyond words. We booked a tour and stopped for lunch at the restaurant. It felt like we went back in time. Loved the atmosphere and culture. Took a stroll in the garden and took a few pics of My Fuji in the background. If I could I would spend the rest of my life here

Excellent place with good Japanese food, ninja activities, a lake with salmon fishes and a friendly staff.
