It is located across the road from the Otsu Civic Hall, and there is a lot of traffic, and it is at the end of a curve, so in some cases it is difficult for crossers from the parking lot to see from the car. You have to be very careful when crossing. It's located under the pool of the Lake Biwa Hotel, so it's useful in the summer because it doesn't get hot. However, even though it is indoors, it is dark even in the daytime because there is little lighting. Also, when it rains heavily, rainwater may fall from somewhere like a waterfall. Perhaps there are many illegal parkings, there are many full cars even if there are not many performances.
