Top notch price for bottom quality food! The restaurant sure earns the dubious distinction of a rip-off! Do not believe the hype, the beef and presentation suck!

My wife and I came to Kyoto for our honeymoon! We had heard about this place through Simon and Martina's review about Omi Beef! We had such a great experience here, the food was excellent, the beef was flavorful and juicy, and the waitstaff was very welcoming and very sweet (they took photos for us, answered our questions, and printed a commemorative photo for us; how wonderful is that?!) The service and facilities are top notch; we will definitely be coming back everytime we visit Kyoto!

Went here because of simon and martina,the service is pretty decent and the food was superb,their speciality which is omi gyu is really tender and i do think this place is good to bring your family or your love,i went here with my friend and we decided to ordered a 15 thousand yen course which is like 150 bucks and its hella worth it,i post the course below so check it out

The meat is delicious, but the service is one star. I often go to shops to buy meat, but the clerk's quality is much worse than that of meat. Is it okay if the meat sells, whether it is the manners of waiting for customers or the wording? There are no measures to be taken in front of a butcher shop. Occasionally, I order a lunch box for Steak Gozen, but the color is all brown and it doesn't appetite much. Croquette is getting smaller year by year. There's a restaurant across the street, but you're a chef wearing white kappo clothing? However, I sometimes see the food carried on Obon by walking along a busy road. Probably wearing a kitchen, going out with clothes on, exhaust gas covered food is too unhygienic. This is the level you can do because it is here.
