I went to buy Kuri-kinton. This is not about me. As a guide to using the eat-in cafe, there was a tag at the cash register near the entrance saying "The staff will guide you." Two girls who wanted to use it stood there to appeal to the clerk, but the clerk seemed to be working on cleaning up the store without any voice, even though he was in the visible category. (Fold the blanket) Even though the two girls were confused, they didn't know what to do, and they started looking around at the sweets near the cash register, so I don't think they would use the cafe anymore. I only bought sweets, so I called out to the clerk who was cleaning up and asked for the cash register, but he answered with a straight face and was not energetic. Looking back, there was no "Welcome". The closing time was near, so I was glad I was in time, so I entered with confidence, but even though there was a clerk, without a greeting, I felt like "I will enter at this time." .. I'm glad that you provided the minimum amount of customer service, but I want to use the cafe next time! I no longer thought that. I want to enjoy eating and drinking in a comfortable space.
