The barge is said to have been used before a large passenger ship could be docked at Toshima. In this place where the sea can be viewed, the vessels, tools, chronology and photographs that were actually used are displayed.

It is a nice park with a view of the sea. There is a display of the old pots, etc., and it also serves as a little historical museum.
