3 If you live in an executive residence near Fleet Command, this is the only foreign barber shop you can walk to. If you look at the outside of the building and measure your skills, it is Osan. The master's skillful hands and soldiers only receive 7,000 won (the fare is 8,000 won, but 7,000 won) and it's really nice to scrape off the razor hair with a razor.
