I listen to the 8-person class, and I feel a little bit flexible. I feel like I have some muscles in my arms and my body is stretched, so I feel less stiff. It's not an exercise to lose weight. Every hour, I have two classes, but in the summer I was a little hard to make a reservation, and the rest is okay. Each person has different preferences, but I am a satisfied teacher, so I eagerly take that teacher's class. Parking can be done at the Maegok cell phone shop and the bean sprout soup restaurant.
