I had a great personal experience at this place. My Mother is wheelchair-bound, and unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the place. So the staff there went out of their way to open a garage door next to a delivery dock. It was very hot day (hovering around 100 degrees). Sure the place should have been better equipped to accommodate the handicapped, but the effort by the staff should be louded
