My right pelvis hurt, so I couldn't stand properly with my back straightened, especially when I woke up in the morning. I did fitness, walked over 10,000 steps a day, endured gymnastics, yoga, and pilates, and did not know how to exercise that fits my cause, but I learned #Yongtong body type correction. I didn't know that it would be very helpful to teach the posture to be corrected in detail. Like a lie, I experienced the pain reduced from 90% to 80% in one day. It was a wonderful experience that one very simple movement of the exercise regimen that fits my body reduced the pain in the pelvis, which was so painful, so I worked harder. I usually fix the wrong posture and it seems simple to fit my body, but after exercising while doing breathing because I concentrated on breathing, my body became very light and comfortable. After 6 months of exercising, I am doing a pelvic strengthening exercise while digesting the bridge movements that I could not even perform. . #Suwon Young's body type correction #I feel like my body is reborn through the body room. Thanks to that, I focused on exercising hard with the goal of becoming my first body profile in April next year. Thank you very much. Corona disappears quickly, so I want to have fun exercising with wonderful instructors. Even at home, I will protect my body well with the corrective exercise taught at home. I have known that I have scoliosis since I was a child, but I was left unattended and my body got worse. Above all, it was stress because one side of my back sticks out even when I wear clothes. I learned a posture opposite to the usual scoliosis from the scoliosis exercise in Badida Room! Even if I wear clothes, I don't see much and my pain has improved a lot. Scoliosis is called lifelong management, but it's great because it tells you how to manage it for life and you can easily follow it! Go Badida Room!

헬스 할 때 어깨에서 소리도나고 통증이 점점 심해지고 좌우의 벨런스도 맞지 않는거 같아서 상담 후 내몸에 대해서 분석을 받고 현재 4회차 진행 중입니다. 확실히 운동 전후로 몸의 밸런스가 맞는 느낌이고 헬스 운동 시에 통증도 없어졌습니다. 그 밖에도 몸을 관리 할 수 있는 방법들과 노하우를 알려주고 관절이 상하지 않게 운동법도 알려주셔서 저로서는 너무 만족하며 다니고 있습니다 앞으로 남은 횟수가 기대됩니다.

제가 평소 사무실에 앉아서 업무를 보다보니 거북목에 등도 굽고 골반도 틀어진게 느껴져서 헬스장에가서 운동을 했는데, 원하는대로 체형이 좋아지지 않더라구요 ㅜ 그래서 제대로 하는곳을 찾다가 회원들 후기와 교정후의 결과물들을 보고 무조건 여기다 싶어서 상담받고 등록했습니다. 실제로 내 체형이 어떤지 설명도 친절하게 해주시고 제 체형에 맞춰서 바른자세부터 운동방법까지 설명해 주시니 너무 좋더라구요! 저는 30회정도 했는데 그동안 묵직했던 목어깨 통증도 좋아지고 골반틀어진것도 잡혀서 너무 기분이 좋습니다. ㅜ 올해 정말 잘한 일중에 하나입니다 ! 10회정도 더 받으면서 앞으로 유지관리 목적으로 일주일에 한번씩 케어받기로 했습니다. 항상 친절하게 맞아주시고 올바르게 체형을 만들어주셔서 감사드립니다!

When I woke up, I had a hard time all day because my neck and shoulders were heavy and my back hurts, but I learned the exercise method that fits my body in the body darroom and professionally taught me the exercises and stretching that I can do at home, so I got back to health without any pain. As soon as the corona has calmed down, I want to go again
