It is the first convenience store where you can meet for the first time when you come to Balsan Station after riding Olympic Boulevard. It's an ordinary convenience store. Yangcheon Hyanggyo is located nearby, where you can feel the local culture. A short walk will take you to the tourist attractions of Seoul, including the Seoul Botanical Garden and Gimjae Jeongseon Art Museum. There are several car repair shops around the convenience store, and the roads are often crowded because of the vehicles being repaired. The items in the convenience stores seem to be short compared to the big convenience stores that are trending these days, but the products needed for each section seem to be available.
