Melting Pot House

Conveniently located, laid back guesthouse in Garosugil/Sinsa area. Features a rooftop deck, and a nice open living room area with a projector for watching movies. I spent about 9 days here in May 2016. It's not the cleanest guesthouse I stayed at in Seoul but the laid back nature / lack of strict rules made up for that.

Spent 3 nights here in June. Location: good, theres a 711 nearby as well as a lot of restaurants the next street away, quite close to the metro station; about 7 to 10 min walk. On the 4th floor so its pretty inconvenient to bring luggage but i guess most of these buildings do not have an elevator. And the host helped us with our luggage when we arrived. Relatively clean, but quite dusty, bed is average. It can be managed better (for example cubby holes in the toilet to store toothbrushes). Towels are provided but are quite small. Washing machine only available from 2pm to 8pm. Overall not too bad but a lot of room for improvement to be a better hostel; especially for the price.
