InterContinental Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort

A good place can take a rest. The facilities are good but located a little remote. You have to go there with an individual car. Then you can visit various types of restaurants in Pyungchang by car.

There are out of dated interiors. too much over priced room rate and poor quality foods. DO NOT recommend to stay.

Beautiful hotel, large open lounge to hang out. Within walking distance there are restaurants and convenience stores and a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Staff is excellent. WiFi did not work well for me though, I wish that had worked better.

Clean and pastoral environment. Good place to just relax

Bad service at the reception. Booked the room for 3 adults. When requested for roll away bed, not available. Roll away bed available on 2nd night but wanted to charge additional US $44 per night. If want to do early check in must pay additional charges.. Breakfast only for 2 adults. Again must pay additional charges for 3rd adult. Very disappointed with this hotel! The only compliment was the concierge service.
