Pyeongchang I Want Resort

Really nice, good location and pretty luxurious. Huge rooms, a little store selling groceries, and a big lobby.

The facilities are clean and good, but the management is unfortunate. The surrounding scenery and air are excellent. The location is satisfactory because it is an hour away from Jumunjin.

I stayed for 1 night at Pyeongchang I-One Resort this August 15-16. However, it leaves an unpleasant experience. * Around July 20th, I made a reservation for I-One Resort 61 type at ssg mall. ＊Three rooms or two-room assignment after first-come-first-served basis ＊Three rooms are required, so ask the front desk for availability before check-in and the estimated deadline ＊It is not possible to allocate if you visit before check-in time, only 8 out of 40 rooms are 2 rooms, and it has never been fully occupied, so it is confirmed that it is okay to come in comfort ＊One night and two days vacation, so the schedule is tight, so I can't go to the resort exactly at 3 o'clock in check-in, so I arrived in the evening. ＊2 rooms assigned. When I asked the front desk, it was full, so I delivered the fact that I was informed in advance. Talking to the manager ＊As all rooms are full, it is not possible to assign three rooms. Instead, I received an answer saying that I would give a free towel refill. ＊It's 2 days and 1 night, but refilling the towel doesn't make any sense, so I asked for a late-out, and then called the manager again. * Rejected. It's probably a holiday, so I understand it's 3 o'clock check-in, so I asked for 1 o'clock check out, but I was refused. ＊Give up and start eating after shower ＊Suddenly, he called and said that it had a three-bedroom. So I asked if I was using the table to eat after taking a shower, but when I asked if it was okay, I said no because I already used the room. ＊I gave up and used the room because it was already full, but when I asked how it looked, the room that was vacant was not cleaned. It turned out that it was a cleaned room and it was a system error. ＊If you had checked the condition of the room more meticulously, I would have done without unpacking. After evening, they all leave work and all but the facility team manager, only Alba students live. ＊If you talk with an Albanian, you'll keep delivering words and time is wasted, so you want to connect directly with the manager. ＊Because I'm from work, I ask for a direct call when I go to work.. It's 1 night and I leave at 11 o'clock... ＊At this point, the three rooms were tired and difficult, so I gave up and just wanted an explanation. When a room that was not available suddenly appeared, we raised an objection about how we could only live without a manager in the situation of full occupancy. ＊Then, suddenly, a person named the general manager who said he had left the office received a phone call. ＊When I was asked how to answer the phone after work, he said he went to work to solve the problem. ＊However, we can only contact you by phone. If you do this, you don't even need to go to work, and you can just wire it at home. I don't know if it was there or if it was because of you, I noticed that I went to work, but it was absurd. ＊I explained the situation again from the beginning, but I did not receive the system error, and when I first received the complaint, I heard that there was a vacancy, and immediately ordered the room cleaning. ＊Then, if you called me right then, I wouldn't have unpacked my luggage, but when I asked why I didn't call, I said, "I'm afraid waiting for customers will be burdensome." (It is more burdensome to pack again and repack the food.) ＊Eventually, the voices of each other increased, so they gave up, packed all their luggage, and moved to the room with all their food. ＊I don't need a three-bedroom, and I'm tired because I can't eat properly, fly for hours, and can't rest. The most incomprehensible part is that there are no managerial officers on call and we cannot respond to the fact that we have left the office. I am most sorry for Alba. I don’t have authority, but I keep saying that I’m sorry I ask the manager to contact me, but I'm so upset that I've been trying to figure out how to hand over the responsibility to the Alba. Is Alba responsible for other resorts?

New construction, neat, location right in front of Alpensia, near Yongpeng, and good facilities are too poor.. Convenience stores in particular are desperate..
