This is a pretty nice cafe with great ocean views. The building features four floors and a rooftop. There is an elevator. Big place, good for groups and families. The desert options and cafes are very good. However, this place is pricey. Enjoy a lazy afternoon here.

Cafe 38.5 is located in a location where you can see the lighthouse and the wonderful sea at a glance, so even if you are in the cafe, the view is also very beautiful. More dessert♡ It's so delicious that I keep thinking of it!! I've been there a few times, but I want to go again^^

It seems like you paid much attention to hygiene. The scenery is nice and the interior is well done. There is also a parking lot, so I went well. However, it was uncomfortable to have to bring the drink cup to the first floor when returning it. Usually other cafes have a retreat on each floor, but there wasn't one here. Everything else was satisfactory.
