It is wonderful as a building that received the Daegu Architecture Award. There is a parking lot and an indoor sports ground in the basement, a Daegu Bank branch and a coffee shop on the first floor. The facilities are very clean and nice. In particular, the white glass windows on the outside seem to be inconspicuous in the surrounding apartment buildings. The glass itself acts like a blind, giving a soft glow. The start-up business office is divided into partitions, but it is hard to understand that the upper part has no sound insulation.

After 20:00, it is most unfortunate to close the ground floor on the first floor and go out to the basement to go to the parking lot.
