National Museum of Korea

This place is huge. I had only an hour, but you would need a day or more to really give this place a good look. Was onky here for an hour or so, but there is a nice exhibit about the arts of Korea from a number of eras. The strong influence of Chinese culture is strong in the older pieces. I rebered that this place is really huge. I had about an hour to enjoy one of the buildings, but there were several. Plan to spend most of your day here.

Magical and educational - you could spend an entire day here exploring everything. Easy access from the subway station.

Absolutely beautiful building and surroundings. Very friendly multi-lingual staff and most exhibits have English translations. You can also get an audio guide in an array of languages for free (just give your passport for deposit). 100 won lockers were a god send and they had stroller and wheelchair hire for free. We saw a special exhibit which you had to get tickets for which were only 5000krw per adult. Definitely recommend a visit.

Huge, allow plenty of time. Some of the craftsmanship seen here is mind-blowing.
