We popped in here to check out the shoe options. Staff were reasonably friendly and selection was alright. We found more niche and exclusive brands elsewhere but this has some good basics.

If you're not Korean don't go there, period. The staff is unhelpful, rude, and blatantly lie to your face. Avoid this location and go to the Gangnam store.

I came to the Hongdae Store and tried to find smt to buy .... when i want to try the new balance shoes, one staff with the yellow hair so impolite.... he always said no , no and no .... like he did not want me to try this shoes although i don’t understand why ?

Very poor service, sales assistant blatantly lied about product information
