DH Naissance Hotel

Friendly hotel. Nice room. But bed dominated the room Asian suitable. But not for westerners expecting a western bed

The hotel is really conveniently positioned with plenty of restaurants, transport (particularly for airport transfers) and night life. Not quite as up market as Myeongdong, but it is only a few stations away on line 4! Beds can be a little hard, but really not a big issue. Family friendly too. Staff were very helpful and can guide you to the best options for your travel within Seoul. Highly recommend!

It is Charlie and the staff all the way. He is endearingly helpful and courteous. He, along with the other members of the staff are the real asset to this hotel. It is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the Sungshin Women's university bus stop and train station. The welcome pizza is really welcoming. Good place to stay.

I’ve been to many hotels in my life But I have never seen a friendly hotel like this. It feel like home. The staff was so friendly and make you feel special all the time. the assistant manager Charlie was so helpful all the time, he was also a tour guide to my questions. The front desk were there to help 24 hours. The Room was convenient and it has everything needed. Just below the hotel there was a shopping area and many restaurants. I would totally prefer to come here rather than a regular hotel. Thank you so much!

Very kind staff and were always ready to help whenever! Very closely located to the metro station as well, the rooms were also quite spacious and the cleaning staff always did a very good job! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
