The best castella(Castia) ever

A little bakery but with delicious food. They have very few things for choose, but anyway is so hard to decide for witch one to eat. Best choice is chose 1 of each and enjoy xD price is not cheap, but time to time is good to give urself a craving

빵 종류 잡다하지 않고 딱 6가지 정도? 일단 페이스트리 덕후답게 폴식빵 하나에, 브래핀 하나 그리고 가장 궁금한 카스티야 하나 이렇게 삼 요렇게 빵 3개에 16,900원 빵은 나오자마자 먹어야 한다며 길거리에서 온데 흘려가며 폴식빵 반정도를 뜯어 먹었고 집에 가자마다 도마에 빵 다 올려놓고 하나하나 촵촵 다 먹었는데 내가 너무 기대를 한걸까... 브래핀은 안의 어니언 크림치즈가 너무 강강강!! 느낌이었고 폴식빵은 그냥 평범한 페이스트리 혹은 데니쉬 식빵 같은 느낌..? 카스티야는 꽤나 독특하고 맛있었음 ​오며가며 수월하게 살수 있는 환경이라면 크로아상을 한번 먹어보거나 카스티야를 한번 더 먹어보긴 할것 같은데 또 대기번호를 받고 줄을 서야 한다면 굳이 그렇게 해서 먹지는 않을것 같아.... 내 입이 이상한가, 혹은 내 주변이 이미 맛있는 빵집들이 널려 있어서 그런건가 페이스트리로는 감흥이 별로 없음.. 근데 후기 찾아봐도 진짜 1000이면 1000명 다 개맛있다고 하네...쩝..... 아 물론, 페이스트리는 기대만큼이 아니었다는 거고 카스티야는 난 좋았음!

If you want to go to the store, you shouldn't think about a general store, but think about the gate of a general family house. The price was a bit expensive compared to other castellas but the castellas were very soft

Castilla is delicious. It's moist and soft texture. Note that the upper part is relatively less moist. ㅠㅠ But the bottom and middle part were really good. It was nice to be less sweet than regular castella. (I don't eat original castella) Pastry didn't like it so much. It's personal preference.
