Right on the busy yonsei-ro. Even when I went there real early I had a wait time of 30 minutes. The teller explained everything to me in simple terms. Everything was digitized, which made things simpler. Comfortable bench style seats. Not really that big but comfy.

I went to a mortgage counselor, but the rate was over 7%. Received 3.75% from other banks. Really cognitive recognition. I'm looking for a slightly lower interest rate here and there, but I've been disappointed by the middle-aged male staff with almost doubled interest rates and super-loppy attitudes. This is only easy to use atm. I don't want to visit again for other tasks.
