I did a garma perm through a cash transaction at that branch, and I asked the hairdresser to ask the hairdresser to make sure the perm works well, so the curls fit well. As announced by the beauty salon, I did not shampoo for 3 days, and for two days after perm, I only washed my hair with water, but it started to loosen little by little. In the end, my hair was almost straightened in a week, and the A/S period for other hairdressers was usually at least two weeks, and business trips were scheduled, so I did not visit or call the store. I called the store just two weeks after I went on a business trip, but according to the regulations, the A/S period is one week, so A/S is not allowed. It is said that the photos taken for a week after perm do not provide proof. If there was such an extremely short A/S period, it would be appropriate to notify in advance, but there was no such notice at all, and it is said that there is no evidence to prove it even with a photo. Originally, it was a favorite place because of its good cost, but I will not go here anymore. The customer service ... is not zero. It's very difficult to work in a beauty salon, and I understand that I'm having a hard time dealing with customers, but I'm annoyed because I don't usually write reviews. I dyed all over 2 weeks ago, but it came out too dark than I thought, so I asked to re-stain again on the day. I said that it would be out of color, and if I didn't, I made a reservation again 4 days later, and when I asked to wait a little longer, I made a reservation again today. However, as the designer said, 3-4 weeks have passed, so I have to get new money at all. I didn't feel very good because I was explaining the procedure from the beginning, waiting for someone, and then saying something in a part that was not properly confirmed. Anyway, customer service seems to be immature. I think other people have had a lot of good experiences, but I am sorry that I am not.

I went to make a reservation, but it was later than the scheduled time for the open preparation, and I told the time to be finished in advance. If you informed me in advance, I could have a different schedule, but it's just a waste of time.
