It's a nice place to hang out and do things. I don't know if this "location" is including the gardens and the museums, but those are really the highlights. The "plaza" itself is just the paved area that leads to the bridge. There is bike rental available and events are held there occasionally, but it's just a plaza.

Couple of buildings and park to visit. Architectural design can be seen. Cake factory's cake was tasty. Golf zone building was amazing.

The only place where you can hunger or buy a drink (when no food truck is available) before visiting Hanbat Arboretum and Hanbit Pagoda. Rental bicycles are available.
